dear post master,

why does it cost .24 cents more to mail a different size envelope? granted it is bigger- it weights the same. it had two pieces of paper in it.
two very important pieces of paper that i sent last friday.
yesterday, thursday, you returned it to me with a big sticker over the hr department i addressed it to and stamped it postage due .24 cents.
why couldnt you, out of the kindness of your heart, just let this one go?
now its probably too late for the job.
