i hate you.
you ruined my life by erasing the contents of my entire phone.
phone numbers of friends and past co workers...all 265 numbers.
all my photos
songs
videos
my whole life.

seriously...i want to die.

dear tech girl at sprint:
learn to do your job and back up phones.
that is your job.
do it.
dont shake and sweat and come out and say-
im soooooo sorry, i didn't back up your phone and it crashed.

i thought i was getting punked.
NOT!
just screwed yet again by sprint.
they cant do anything.

ps- they say my picture mail should send the right pictures now- the reason i went it to start with.
it gosh darn better.
