this is an old WWII era poster that was issued by the british government during wartime to try to keep the public informed, and as free from panic as possible.
more recently this poster was created to do the same.
i just ordered a copy of this print and love it already!
it's pretty much true- as long as you keep calm and have a cupcake life is good.
