meet three of my new best friends.
see- disasters bond you for life.
its hard to describe the things you experience in times of disasters.
the heartbreak, the 19 hour days, the blood, sweat and tears.
no one understands this better than the people who goes through this with you.

for my last deployment to alabama it was these three lovely ladies: daphne, krisitiana and suzanne.
we laughed, we cried, we rocked for the red cross in tuscaloosa.

in one moment of delirium kristiana said:
'we are like team macgyver- give us a paperclip and a flashlight and we can get cnn.

 

...and from there on out we were known as team macgyver.

i cant wait until we are called to deploy again together soon!
